Studebaker (1852–1967) was an American wagon and automobile manufacturer based in South Bend, in U.S. state of Indiana. Company was founded by five Studebaker brothers, Henry (1826–1895), Clement (1831–1901), John Mohler (1833–1917), Peter Everst (1836–1897) and Jacob Franklin (1844–1887).
